On a mission to revolutionize quality management in manufacturing, Datagon AI wants to improve manufacturing processes across many industries with AI. As an early-stage start-up, Datagon AI has already secured significant funding from key investment figures to help them on their quest.

PostScript was tasked with doing industry research before planning and executing user studies involving interviews, observation sessions and focus groups. Personas were created, opportunities developed and the complexity of a multi-stakeholder software was converted into concise insights and design requirements.  Next, we aligned company vision and user needs to create the user app and management software from scratch while developing an entire design system to give their enterprise software a modern look and feel. Through multiple iterations and in collaboration with their developers and project managers, we designed wireframes and interactive prototypes that are continuously tested by users and other stakeholders.
