Project Brief
adidas users struggled to find and be confident about their selected bra sizes on adidas.com. They needed to be educated one of the most complex sizing system in the apparel world and be guided through the process, empowering them to select their size with confidence.
We set up user studies and evaluated the results to create user journeys, define pain points and prioritize the right opportunities. We lead design workshops with over 20 people across different teams at the company to design and evaluate multiple ideas at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology constraints.
In cross-team effort, we created mock-ups that were user-tested and A/B-tested on adidas.com. Together with engineers, we implemented a new size guidance feature with a bra size calculator, size chart, and important educational content that successfully helped people find bras in their sizes.
The new size guidance was implemented globally on
adidas.com.
